On April 1, 2024, the compliance control service conducted explanatory work on compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the development, implementation, and functioning of the Anti-Corruption Management System in accordance with international and national standards ISO 37001:2016 “Anti-Corruption Management Systems,” ST RK ISO 37001-2017 “Management System for Combating Corruption,” ST RK 3049-2017 “Anti-Corruption Management System.”
The purpose of implementing the anti-corruption management system according to the international standard ISO and national standard ST RK is to minimize the negative impact of corruption risks, optimize business processes, ensure transparency and security, improve the quality of work performed, enhance consumer satisfaction, improve economic indicators, and meet legal and other requirements.
The Ministry of Justice carries out functions of inter-agency coordination of legal protection organization and interpretation of legislation under the Law “On Justice Bodies.”
The Legal Information Service provides round-the-clock free reference and consultation services to the population regarding legal information, legal questions, and state services.
On December 29, 2023, the compliance control service conducted explanatory work on compliance with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
