In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and the Methodological Recommendations on the organization of the Institute of Anti–Corruption Compliance in quasi-public sector entities, approved by the Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an anti-corruption compliance service has been established in JSC SEC Aqjaiyq (hereinafter referred to as the Company) since 2023.

In accordance with the Regulations on the Compliance Service, the Company operates information channels through which citizens and clients can provide information about the facts or potential for corruption, fraud, discrimination, and unethical behavior, as well as make proposals to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.
