In 2020, «Eurasia» Cross-Border Trade Center»industrialzonewith a totalareaof 281 hectareswasestablishedinthe West Kazakhstan Region. The industrialzoneislocatedat: West Kazakhstan Region, TerektiDistrict, Poimavillage. In 2025 wasestablished «Syrym» industrialzone. Itcovers 800 hectaresandlocated 7 kilometersfromUralskalongtheSamara-Shymkentnationalhighway, and 47 kilometersfromthe “Syrym” internationalcheckpointattheborderwith Russia. The managingcompanyis JSC «Aqjaiyq» SEC».
How to become a participant in the industrial zone?
Application Submission

- The list of required documents shall be obtained from the Management Company of Industrial Zones (SEC “Aqjaiyq”).
- The documents (in accordance with the approved list) shall be submitted to the Management Company.
- The Management Company shall review the submitted documents within 3 (three) working days.
- The Management Company shall forward the documents (in accordance with the approved list) to the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Commission

- The Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region shall review the documents (in accordance with the approved list) within 5 (five) working days.
- The Investor shall present the investment project at a meeting of the Regional Coordination Council of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Agreement

- Upon receipt of the minutes (approval) of the Regional Coordination Council, JSC “SEC “Aqjaiyq” shall commence the process of formalizing the land plot.
- Following a positive decision of the Regional Coordination Council of the West Kazakhstan Region, the Participant shall, within 10 (ten) working days, sign an agreement with the Management Company of Industrial Zones (SEC “Aqjaiyq”) on carrying out activities as a participant of the Industrial Zone.
- After the land plot has been duly formalized, the Participant shall sign with the Management Company of Industrial Zones (SEC “Aqjaiyq”) a secondary land use (sublease) agreement for state-owned land plots located within the territory of the Industrial Zone.
