announces a competitive selection for the following vacant position:


Chief Credit Administrator – 1 position

Qualification requirements: higher professional education in economics or finance and at least 2 years of work experience in financial institutions / second-tier banks.

Requirements:
The Deputy Chairman of the Board must know:
  • Knowledge of legislation and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating financial, banking and credit activities;
  • Knowledge of procedures, principles and rules for preparing and maintaining documents (contracts, reports, acts, orders, etc.);
  • Ability to use MS Office, email applications and internet resources at an advanced level; knowledge of applied software (1C, etc.);
  • Ability to collect and analyze large volumes of data;
  • Ability to handle client claims and complaints.
Skills:
  • Computer literacy and technical communication tools;
  • Knowledge of electronic databases of normative legal acts;
  • Business communication etiquette and corporate dress code;
  • Negotiation skills with legal entities and individuals.

Professional qualities:
Communication skills, attentiveness, goal orientation, structural and analytical thinking, observation, initiative, good memory.
