JSC “Aqjaiyq” Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation
announces a competitive selection for the following vacant position:
Head of the Internal Audit Service-1 unit.
Qualification requirements: higher economic or financial education and work experience in the economic, financial, accounting and analytical field for at least 2 (two) years. Availability of training and education according to the international and national standard ISO37001/ ST RK ISO37001 Anti-corruption. work experience in the field of audit and/or accounting, and/or finance - at least two years in organizations that are quasi-public sector entities and/or licensed financial organizations, or in government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Knowledge of international financial reporting standards. It is advisable to have one of the following certificates or certifications: a certificate in the field of internal audit of the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor); a certificate of auditor qualification or a certificate of certified accountant ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants), or a certificate of professional accountant in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or diploma DipIFR (Diploma in International Financial Reporting), or CIPA (Certified International Professional Accountant) Certificate of International Professional Accountant; CISA (Certified information systems auditor) or CISM (Certified information security manager) or ITIL (Information technology infrastructure library) certificate; DipIA diploma(Diploma in InternationalAudit), or DipCPIA diploma(Certified Professional internalauditordiploma); other similar internationally recognized certificate or certificate.
Requirements:
Head of the Internal Audit Service :
- legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of financial and economic activities6 anti-corruption;
- the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- the procedure for the use of own funds, issuance and acquisition of securities, calculation of taxes and other mandatory payments and contributions;
- the procedure for the distribution of financial resources, determination of the efficiency of financial investments;
- the procedure and forms of financial settlements;
- the powers and obligations of management for the implementation of the risk management plan;
- the strategic and operational goals and objectives of the risk management system in the Company, including corruption risks of the Company;
- requirements for ensuring the preservation of confidential official information and commercial secrets.
Skills:
- Computer literacy and technical communication tools;
- Knowledge of electronic databases of normative legal acts;
- Business communication etiquette and corporate dress code;
- Negotiation skills with legal entities and individuals.

Communication skills, attentiveness, goal orientation, structural and analytical thinking, observation, initiative, good memory.
