announces a competitive selection for the following vacant position:

Manager of the Auyl Amanaty Project Lending Department - 1 unit.

Qualification requirements: higher legal, economic and/or financial education (financier, accounting and audit) and at least 1 year of work experience in financial organizations/second-tier banks in the field of lending to small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements:

Manager of the project lending department" auyl amanaty":

• Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and other materials regulating production, economic and financial activities, including legislation in the field of accounting and tax legislation;
• The profile, specialization, and structural features of the Company;
• Legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the securities market;
• The basics of analyzing the financial and economic activities of an organization, including methods for evaluating the financial performance of an organization and their impact on the value of shares;
• Methods of financial planning and forecasting;
• Methods of building strategic plans that determine the prospects for the development of the organization.

Skills:

• Computer literacy and technical communication tools;
• Knowledge of electronic databases of normative legal acts;
• Business communication etiquette and corporate dress code;
• Negotiation skills with legal entities and individuals.

Professional qualities:
Communication skills, attentiveness, goal orientation, structural and analytical thinking, observation, initiative, good memory.
