Requirements for suppliers:
- Business entities have a trade and logistics infrastructure (warehouses, rooms with special equipment, etc.) designed for proper storage of food products, as well as for procurement and other operations. The infrastructure should ensure the implementation of a set of measures aimed at curbing prices for socially important food products.
- No overdue debts on banking products (loans, leasing, current account servicing debts).
- Not to be included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers of public procurement and not to have unfulfilled and/or untimely obligations to a specialized organization.
- Food products purchased by regional stabilization funds must comply with the requirements of technical regulations.
- Provision of documents confirming the possibility of producing and supplying milk with 2.5% fat content (including the availability of production facilities, technological equipment, etc.).
