In April 2019, the Entrepreneurial code of Kazakhstan was amended, according to which JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST", its regional representatives and representative offices, as well as regional organizations in the field of investment attraction, determined by local Executive bodies, provide assistance to investors on the principle of "one window". In addition, on August 13, the Government of Kazakhstan approved the Rules for the organization of" one window " for investors, as well as the order of interaction in attracting investments.
West Kazakhstan region is the first region, which adopted the rules of interaction of all participants in the process of attracting investments and supporting investors on the principle of "one window". According to the regulations, the regional organization for attracting investments is defined by JSC SEC Oral.
In this regard, on August 28-29, 2019 KAZAKH INVEST held another training in Uralsk on the theme " Organization and support of investment activities on the principle of "one window". The main purpose of this training was to train persons involved in the organization of the "one window", as well as to improve the efficiency of interaction between government agencies and organizations involved in attracting investments and working with investors. The training was organized for four Western regions of Kazakhstan: Aktobe, Atyrau, West Kazakhstan and Mangystau regions.

Uralsk airport has been operating since 1933. The terminal building was built in 1979 and has not been repaired since then.
Physical wear of the terminal is more than 75%, the building is not designed to serve international flights, poorly developed infrastructure for comfortable stay of passengers, requires modernization of the security and inspection of passengers and luggage.
Today launched the beginning of the reconstruction and modernization of the passenger terminal, which will increase the terminal area with 4.5 thousand sq. m. to 7 thousand square meters, terminal's capacity from 200 to 400 passengers per hour, passenger throughput from 160 to 350 thousand people a year.
The project also provides for the modernization of technological equipment of the terminal that meets international security standards and requirements of border and customs control.
The implementation of the project will improve the transport infrastructure, which in turn will open new air routes and increase the investment and tourist attractiveness of the region.
The initiator of the project – JSC " SEC "Oral".
The source of funding is Karachaganak petroleum operating within the framework of the company's social obligations.
The contractor – LLP "Kaz Construction Group".
Implementation period is 3-quarter of 2019 – 4-quarter of 2020.
The cost of the project is 2.4 billion tenge.
