- the opportunity for an entrepreneur to choose a vacant space himself, taking into account the available opportunities;
- availability of ready-made infrastructure;
- there is no need to contact the employment authorities for the selection of qualified personnel, the administration of the institution and enterprises of the penal correction system keep records of the specialists who can be provided to the entrepreneur.
Contracts are concluded depending on the type of activity and the interest of a small and medium–sized business entity (the trust management agreement (hereinafter referred to as the DDU) provides for the transfer of premises without rent. At the same time, according to the current legislation, at the conclusion of the DDU contract, at least 50% of the net income (profit) is paid.
Utilities are paid at the rates of the state institution, depending on the utilities actually spent, as well as the occupied area (electricity– 24.61 tenge per 1 kW (according to meter readings),thermal energy– 24 221.11 tenge per 1 Gcl (according to the occupied quadrature).The rates are indicated at the time of publication of the announcement as of the month of February 2024.
In this regard, we propose to open our production facilities in the vacant areas of enterprises of the penal system.
