1. Chairman of the Commission – Doskaliev Artur Mukhanovich – First Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC SEC Oral;
2. Deputy Chairman of the Commission – Kuandyk Serikovich Nusenov – Managing Director for Administrative and Legal Work of JSC SEC Oral;

Members of the commission:

1. Zhomartova Aynagul Zhortabaevna – Chief Accountant of JSC SEC Oral;
2. Dyusengaliev Artur Irbulatovich – expert of the Project Support Department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the West Kazakhstan Region;
3. Khairliev Asylkhan Zhanbolatuly — Director of the Construction Department of SEC Oral JSC
4. Imanova Aislu Kabashevna – Chief Manager of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work of JSC SEC Oral.

The Secretary of the Commission is Ruslan Nurlanovich Ospanov, Chief Manager of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work of JSC SEC Oral.

By open voting, she summed up the results of the tender for the purchase of works for the "Construction of a 9-storey 180-apartment residential building in the microdistrict between the Uralsk-Atyrau and Uralsk-Saratov highways in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. Spot No. 27 (without external utilities and landscaping)"

2. The amount allocated for worksfor "The construction of a 9-storey 180-apartment residential building in the microdistrict between the Uralsk-Atyrau and Uralsk-Saratov highways in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. Spot No. 27 (without external utilities and landscaping)" is:1 550 938 900 (one billion five hundred fifty million nine hundred thirty eight thousand nine hundred) tenge, excluding VAT.

3. The tender application of the participants who submitted the application before the deadline for registration for the meeting of the tender commission:

4. The contents of the tender application were announced to all those present at the opening of the application for participation in the tender.

5. A potential supplier's tender application that does not meet the qualification requirements:

— Bolashak-T LLP does not meet the qualification requirements in accordance with clauses 8 and 11 of clause 1 of the tender documentation for the purchase of works for the "Construction of a 9-storey 180-apartment residential building in the microdistrict between the Uralsk-Atyrau and Uralsk highways-Saratov, Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. Spot No. 27 (without external utilities and landscaping)" (missing).

RESOLVED:

1) In accordance with clause 2, clause 50 of the tender documentation for the procurement of works for "Construction of a 9-storey 180-apartment residential building in the microdistrict between the Uralsk-Atyrau and Uralsk-Saratov highways in Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. Spot No. 27 (without external utilities and landscaping)" to declare the tender invalid.
