SEC Aqjaiyq JSC by attracting investments through social contributions for the development of the region from Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. has carried out the reconstruction and modernization of the airport terminal building.
The amount of investments invested in the reconstruction of the airport amounted to 6.6 billion tenge.
After the reconstruction of the terminal building, in accordance with the Property Trust Management Agreement dated April 6, 2022, JSC SEC Aqjaiyq transferred the reconstructed facility to Oral International Airport LLP into trust management for a period of 3 years.
The change of the founders of Oral International Airport LLP will not affect the contractual obligations between Aqjaiyq SEC JSC and Oral International Airport LLP, as this is a relationship between two legal entities.
