The following documents are attached to the application for obtaining a land plot for trust management:

Individual entrepreneurs:

  1. a document confirming the registration of an individual entrepreneur;
  2. a copy of the individual entrepreneur's identity card;
  3. a bank certificate confirming the presence of an individual entrepreneur's current account as of the date of filing the application;
  4. a certificate from the tax committee confirming the absence of debt as of the date of filing statements;
  5. a document certifying the representative's authority (if necessary);
  6. a payment document confirming the payment of a guarantee fee in the amount of 83 340 (eighty-three thousand three hundred and forty) tenge.

Legal entities:

  1. certificate of registration (re-registration) of legal entities, registration (re-registration) of their branches and representative offices;
  2. copy of the decision (protocol) on the appointment of the first head;
  3. copy of the order for the first head of the legal entity;
  4. a document certifying the identity and authority of the representative (if necessary);
  5. a bank certificate confirming the presence of a current account of a legal entity;
  6. a certificate from the tax committee confirming the absence of arrears;
  7. a payment document confirming the deposit of a guarantee fee in the amount of 83 340 (eighty three thousand three hundred forty) tenge.

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 35 of the Rules for the Provision of land plots for the placement of street trade facilities, the winner of the tender auction submits to JSC SEC Aqjaiyq, when signing the Contract, the originals of the supporting documents, according to the Tender Documentation.
