Information about the auction on September 11, 2019 is posted on the website
of JSC SEC Oral https://oral-spk.kz/ru , published on the website of the Akimat of the city
Uralsk, as well as the office of the akim of the West Kazakhstan region, with a deadline of September 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
In accordance with the information message on granting the right of
trust management to land, 6 land plots were submitted for the placement of street trade facilities through an Auction, including

For lot No. 1
Address of the land plot put up for auction:
G. Uralsk, 1st Zavokzalny cul-de-sac, 61 A. Granting the right of
trust management for a period of 7 years on a land plot of
0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral for
the placement of street trade facilities, due to the absence of participants,
the auction for this lot is considered invalid.

For lot No. 2

Address of the land plot put up for auction:
G. Uralsk, mkr. D. Konaeva, 20A. Granting the right of trust management for a period of 7 years on a land plot of 0.0020 hectares for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral for
the placement of street trade facilities, due to the absence of participants,
the auction for this lot is considered invalid.

For lot No. 3

Address of the land plot put up for auction:
G. Uralsk, Ruzheynikova St., 12A. Granting the right of
trust management for a period of 7 years on a land plot of
0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral (hereinafter referred to as
JSC SEC Oral) for the placement of street trade facilities, due to the absence of participants, auctions for this lot are considered invalid.

For lot No. 4

Address of the land plot put up for auction:
G. Uralsk, Kurmangazy St., 173B. Granting the right of trust management for a period of 7 years on a land plot of 0.0020 hectares for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral for
the placement of street trade facilities, the auction for this lot is considered
to have taken place. The winner of the auction is Zhan-San LLP.

The auction winner is obliged to sign the Contract with JSC SEC Oral within 10 (ten) business days
, as well as provide JSC SEC Oral
Oral with the original documents attached
The winner's application for participation in the auction in electronic form for reconciliation.
In case of non-fulfillment of the conditions, the decision to recognize him as the Winner
is canceled, without sending written notifications about it, or otherwise
written acts of JSC SEC Oral.

trust management for a period of 7 years on a land plot of
0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral for
the placement of street trade facilities, due to the absence of participants,
the auction for this lot is considered invalid.

For lot No. 6

Address of the land plot put up for auction:
G. 220 Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue, Uralsk. Granting the right of
trust management for a period of 7 years to a land plot of
0.0040 ha for the installation of a temporary retail outlet with light structures.

In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules on the provision of land
by JSC Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation Oral for
the placement of street trade facilities, the auction for this lot is considered
to have taken place. The winner of the auction is "Superior Grade" LLP.

The auction winner must, within 10 (ten) business days, deposit
the purchase price based on the auction results and sign an Agreement with JSC
SEC Oral, as well as provide it to JSC SEC Oral upon signing
original documents attached by the Winner to the bid for
participation in the auction in electronic form for verification.
In case of non-fulfillment of the conditions, the decision to recognize him as the Winner
is cancelled without written notification, or other
written acts of JSC SEC Oral.
