The main criteria for finding a partner:

  1. Construction of an object within the framework of a project worth no more than 200,000 (two hundred thousand) tenge per 1 sq.m. owned by SEC;
  2. Financial participation of the partner in the project with own/credit funds in the amount of at least 30% of the SEC contribution;
  3. Availability of a land plot for the construction of an apartment building;
  4. Availability of a ready-made PSA and a positive expert opinion.
