In 2020, an industrial zone with a total area of 281 hectares was created in the West Kazakhstan region.
To date, 4 projects are under implementation. The allocated area for projects is 72 hectares.

01. Application submission

- It is necessary to obtain a list of documents from the Management Company of the industrial zone «Eurasia» CCT» (SEC «Aqjaiyq»).
- Submit documents to the Management Company (according to the list).
- The Management Company reviews the documents (within 3 (three) business days).
- The management company sends the documents (according to the list) to the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan region.
02. Commission

- The Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region, examines the documents (according to the list within 5 (five) working days).
- The investor presents the investment project at a meeting of the Regional Coordinating Council of the West Kazakhstan Region.
03. Contract

- After receiving the protocol (approval) of the regional coordinating council, JSC «SEC «Aqjaiyq» starts registration of the land plot.
- After a positive decision of the Regional Coordinating Council of the West Kazakhstan Region, the participant signs an agreement with the Management Company of the industrial zone «Eurasia» CCT» («SEC «Aqjaiyq») on the implementation of activities as a participant of IZ (within 10 (ten) working days).
- The participant signs with the Management Company of the industrial zone «Eurasia» CCT» («SEC «Aqjaiyq») a contract for secondary land use (sublease) of land plots owned by the state in the territory of (after registration of the land plot).
