The auction announcement on September 11, 2019, was posted on the website
of JSC “SPK “Oral” https://oral-spk.kz/ru, published on the website of the Akimat of the city
of Uralsk, and also announced in the apparatus of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan
region, with the established deadline of September 30, 2019, at 11:00 AM.
In accordance with the information notice on the provision of trust
management rights on land for the placement of street trading objects through the auction, 6 land plots were presented, including:
For lot №1
Address of the land plot auctioned:
Uralsk, 1st Zavokzalny Lane, 61A. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” for
the placement of street trading objects, due to the absence of participants,
the bidding for this lot is considered invalid.
For lot №2
Address of the land plot auctioned:
Uralsk, microdistrict D. Kunaev, 20A. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” for
the placement of street trading objects, due to the absence of participants,
the bidding for this lot is considered invalid.

Uralsk, Ruzheinikov Street, 12A. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” (hereinafter referred to as JSC “SPK “Oral”) for the placement of street trading objects, due to the
absence of participants, the bidding for this lot is considered invalid.
For lot №4
Address of the land plot auctioned:
Uralsk, Kurmangazy Street, 173B. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” for
the placement of street trading objects, the bidding for this lot is considered valid. The winner of the auction is LLP “Zhan-San”.
The winner of the auction is required within 10 (ten) working days
to sign a contract with JSC “SPK “Oral”, as well as to provide JSC “SPK
“Oral” at the time of signing the contract with the original documents,
attached by the winner to the application for participation in the auction in electronic form for verification.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the decision recognizing them as the winner
will be annulled without sending a written notification or any other
written acts by JSC “SPK “Oral”.

Uralsk, Kurmangazy Street, 173V. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0020 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” for
the placement of street trading objects, due to the absence of participants,
the bidding for this lot is considered invalid.
For lot №6
Address of the land plot auctioned:
Uralsk, Nursultan Nazarbayev Avenue, 220. Provision of trust
management rights for a term of 7 years for a land plot with an area of 0.0040 ha for the installation of a temporary trading point with light structures.
In accordance with clause 6 of the Rules for the provision of land
plots by JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation “Oral” for
the placement of street trading objects, the bidding for this lot is considered valid. The winner of the auction is LLP “Vysokiy Sort”.
The winner of the auction is required within 10 (ten) working days to pay
the purchase price based on the auction results and sign a contract with JSC
“SPK “Oral”, as well as to provide JSC “SPK “Oral” at the time of signing
the contract with the original documents, attached by the winner to the application for participation in the auction in electronic form for verification.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the decision recognizing them as the winner
will be annulled without sending a written notification or any other
written acts by JSC “SPK “Oral”.
