Information on holding the auction on December 20, 2019, was posted on the JSC “SPK ‘Oral'” website https://aqjaiyq-spk.kz/ru, published on the website of the Uralsk city akimat, and reported in the apparatus of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region, with a set deadline of December 20, 2019, at 11:00 hours.
According to the information message about granting the right to trust management of land for placing street trade facilities through the Auction, 25 land plots were presented, including:

JSC “SPK ‘Oral'” considers the possibility of selling first-grade wheat flour at a preferential price for bakeries in Uralsk that have their own bread distribution networks.
Special conditions: keeping the price of first-grade wheat bread until August 30, 2020, at no more than 80 tenge per loaf weighing at least 500 grams.
