Attention to potential investors!
JSC “SPK “Oral” is considering the implementation of an investment project “Construction of 2 (two) departmental apartment buildings at the address WKO, Uralsk, in the PDP residential area in the Northeast part of the city”.
The project implementation involves the construction of 2 (two) departmental apartment buildings, within which part of the apartments from the total number will be distributed on preferential terms.
As part of the Agreement, SPK transfers land plots to the Investor for the construction of houses for temporary use, with the right to subsequent purchase, with the provision of an advance payment.
This announcement is not a public offer and does not bear any responsibility for concluding an agreement until it is approved by the authorized body of JSC “SPK “Oral”.
