The main principles of personnel policy of JSC “NC “SEC “Oral” is the recognition of workers' main strategic resource, the quality of which is crucial to achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the Company.

In the Company, as in its subsidiaries and affiliates a transparent and open mechanism on competitive selection, and the principle of recruitment of personnel to fill vacant administrative posts have been chosen long time ago.

Recruitment is based on competitive basis in the following order:

If there is an available vacancy, post about an job advertisement and qualification requirements for applicants will be published on the website of JSC “SEC “Aqjaiyq”.

Department of legal and personnel work of JSC  “SEC “Aqjaiyq” will conducted initial screening of applicants.

Upon successful completion of the selection of applicants will be invited for professional knowledge testing.

Applicants who have received in the testing of more than 70% correct answers, will be invited to undergo a final interview.

At the end of the competition, applicants who have successfully passed all the stages will be invited for employment in JSC “SEC “Aqjaiyq”.
