For investors in the West Kazakhstan region, an investor service Center was created on the basis of JSC «SEC «Oral» within the framework of the implementation of the National investment strategy and the Rules of the"one window" organization.

The concept of ISC was to provide a spectrum of services to support investors according to the principle of “one window», ranging from investor meetings at the airport, its transportation services, hotel reservations, providing office space with all necessary equipment, technology and international communication, providing all the necessary information about the region, state support measures, projects requiring investments, etc.

For the convenience of the investor, the ISC is located in the same building with the public service Center for public services, the Kazakhinvest office, the House of Atameken.  The ISC building provides a legal address for the registration of the company or its representative office in the region.
