By order of the sole shareholder of the State Enterprise “Management of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region” No. 3-NK dated 01/26/2023, Nariman Turegaliev was excluded from the Board of Directors of JSC SEC Aqjaiyq, Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan region Yerzhan Talgatovich Baltaev was appointed a new member of the Board of Directors.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC SEC Aqjaiyq No. 01 dated 01/28/2023, Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan region Baltaev Yerzhan Talgatovich was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
By order of the sole shareholder of the State Enterprise “Management of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region” No. 4-NK dated 01/31/2023, independent director of Maksotov Nurzhan Yerbolatuly was excluded from the Board of Directors of JSC SEC Aqjaiyq.
By order of the sole shareholder of the State Enterprise “Management of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the West Kazakhstan Region” No.5-NK dated 01/31/2023, the Head of the State Enterprise “Management of Finance of the West Kazakhstan Region” Kayupov Tlepbergen Ersaevich was excluded from the Board of Directors of JSC SEC Aqjaiyq.
