Industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The program of financing of projects of the manufacturing industry in the framework of “Concepts of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2021-2025 at the expense of the Republican budget” it is intended for business entities in the manufacturing industry, as part of the support of domestic producers through equity and debt financing
- Implementation period: until 2032 inclusive;
- investment amount: from 1.0 billion tenge to 5 billion tenge (if there is liquidity);
- The term of financing: from 3 to 10 years;
- The interest rate: 8 (eight) percent per annum.

- Equity financing;
- Mezzanine financing.
Development of the agro-industrial complex
The program is intended for business entities in the field of agro-industrial complex and food industry planning to implement an investment project and create jobs.
- Implementation period: until October 2031;
- Investment amount: from 1.0 billion tenge to 8 billion tenge (if there is liquidity);
- The term of financing: up to 7 (seven) years inclusive;
- Remuneration rate: up to 12 (twelve)% per annum inclusive without capitalization;

- Equity financing (acquisition of shares/participation shares in the equity/authorized capital of enterprises)
- Mezzanine financing
