Performs the role of:

• ”One window” for investors on the provision of public services including the provision of measures of state support for investors in the form of investment preferences, assistance in obtaining various permits necessary for the implementation and further operation of investment projects.
• In its work, KAZAKH INVEST uses a specialized CRM system to monitor and control the progress of investment projects, this system allows investors to send requests and initiatives, and also makes transparent processes at all stages of investment.
• There is a hotline for investors that provides service support on the principle of “ambulance” 24/7.

By the end of 2021 with the support of KAZAKH INVEST:

• 57 investment projects with the participation of foreign investors totaling about 3.8 billion US dollars have been put into operation with the creation of more than 7.7 thousand jobs;
• according to international standards, 197 investment proposals worth 22.5 billion US dollars have been prepared;
• new investors have been attracted for 66 projects worth about 4.5 billion US dollars
