In order to stabilize prices for socially significant food products, monitoring of contractual obligations and fund utilization has been carried out within the framework of contracts with suppliers IP “Rubtsov A. A.”, LLP “Baystone”, LLP “Agrofirma Akas”, FH “Ruslan”.
In order to stabilize prices for socially significant food products, JSC “SPK Aqjaiyq” concluded contracts for providing interest-free loans to entrepreneurs from Burlinsky, Bokeyordinsky, Zhanibeksky, Syrymsky, Chingirlau, Kaztalovsky, Zhanagaly, and Baiterek districts as part of the “turnover scheme” mechanism.
Within the framework of contractual obligations, SPK employees monitor prices for compliance with contractual terms, product availability on shelves, and other indicators. Violations were identified based on monitoring, and warnings were issued.
Additionally, explanatory work was conducted with entrepreneurs to prevent unjustified price increases and to maintain a trade markup on socially significant food products not exceeding 15%.

On August 17-18 of the current year, a delegation from the West Kazakhstan region took part in the republican seminar “Social Responsibility of Business – the Basis of Rural Development,” which was held in the Kyzylorda region.
The event was attended by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aidarbek Saparov, who specially arrived in the region, Senators, Members of the Mazhilis Parliament, heads of departments from different regions, heads of agricultural departments, and heads of large farming structures.
During the meeting, in order to stabilize prices for socially significant food products, a memorandum for salt supply was signed between the JSC “Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation Aqjaiyq” and LLP “Abay Daulet”.

A scheduled training and explanatory work were conducted among employees in JSC “SPK Aqjaiyq” on:
– Anti-corruption legislation and recent amendments as of May 01, 2024, in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” for the formation of an anti-corruption culture,
– Rules of anti-corruption behavior and culture, on issues of conflict of interest exclusion,
– Familiarization with internal procedures of the anti-corruption management system in connection with the implementation of the international standard ISO 37001 in JSC “SPK Aqjaiyq”, including the anti-corruption policy, anti-corruption goals, management of documented information, planning, record-keeping, context in accordance with the anti-corruption activities program for 2024.
