JSC “SPK “AQJAIYQ” announces the search for a potential investment partner for the joint implementation of the project “Organization of a wholesale distribution center on the territory of the “El-Irysy” market by selling a 90% (worth 311,774,766.3 tenge) stake in LLP “Stabilization Fund of the West Kazakhstan Region”.
Requirements for a potential investor when creating a wholesale distribution center on the territory of the “El-Irysy” market:
- Creation of a modern storage facility with various chambers and temperature regimes for storing vegetables and fruits, with a capacity of at least 3 thousand tons.
- Sorting, washing, cleaning, and packaging of vegetables and fruits.
- Creation of loading platforms and container areas.
- Use of modern equipment in the technological process.
- Preservation of infrastructure.
- Improvement of the territory.
- Paving of access roads and unloading areas within the territory of the wholesale distribution center, with parking for heavy trucks.
- Cosmetic repair of existing administrative buildings on the territory of the wholesale distribution center.
- Provision for the creation of trading places for the sale of products to the population in wholesale or retail batches.
- Ensure priority access for agricultural producers in the region of at least 30% of the total usable area of the wholesale distribution center at preferential rates below the average market price for similar services by 50%. The average market price is determined on a monthly basis by a specially created commission (with the participation of public organizations, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”, etc.) based on the analysis of tariffs from at least 3 main markets in Uralsk.
- Preservation of the current staff of LLP “Stabilization Fund of the ZKO” at least 90% for a year and a half from the moment of the sale of the stake.*
