The implementation of project provides the construction of 2 (two) departmental apartment buildings in which part of the total number of apartments will be distributed on preferential terms.

Under The contract, the SEC transfers to the Investor land plots for the construction of houses for temporary use, with the right to repurchase, with the provision of advance payment.
